REFUND AND RETURN POLICY 

Returns

You may return an order if you are not satisfied with the products. All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must include all original parts and components. Packaging must be in its original condition, as received.
  • Products must be handled appropriately; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
  • For products where hygiene is important, items must be properly cleaned before initiating the return.
  • Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer, unless the product is defective or our responsibility.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days once received, provided all conditions are met.
  • We may reject returned goods if they appear to have been used or damaged beyond normal inspection.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@everglowperth.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the product, if damaged
    • Customer full name and address
  • After contacting us, we will provide the correct return address.
  • Do not send the product to the original shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
  • Please provide a tracking number to help us process your return more quickly.

Note: Even if a product is hidden or out of stock on the website, it must follow this return policy.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who are natural persons (not acting for commercial purposes) have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

  • The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
  • Orders are processed automatically and immediately, so shipping cannot be stopped once submitted.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw.
  • Withdrawal is considered complete only after the goods have been returned.
  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Orders in Transit:

  • Products shipped from Asia may have longer delivery times.
  • If goods are already in transit, withdrawal is not possible until the products are received.
  • You may notify us of your intent to withdraw in advance, but the return process begins only after receipt.

Refunds

If the return conditions are met, we will refund all payments received, excluding original shipping costs and any additional costs from selecting a shipping method other than the standard option.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the day we receive notification and the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no fees charged.


Location and Compliance

All returns must be sent to our main warehouse in Asia, consistent with the website domain and acquiring bank requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective products or errors on our part.

Using an international mailbox and our website domain ensures full compliance with location requirements.
